Sunrise Cooperative Preschool is seeking an experienced early childhood educator to join our community beginning in September 2022.

Our teachers provide instruction to two to five-year-old children within the parent-child toddler class and the cooperative preschool. Our teachers build relationships with both children and parents to help foster learning within the whole family.

About Our Programs

The Sunrise Cooperative Preschool began in the fall of 1985. We are part of the Bellevue College Parent Education Program. Sunrise is committed to providing a stimulating environment where children thrive on learning – hands on – about the world around them.  We encourage investigation, interaction, and participation by sparking a child’s natural curiosity and interests through play to foster a lifelong love of learning. Our program stands out by providing learning opportunities for parents and caregivers as well as children. Parents participate in the classroom as teaching assistants, building their knowledge of child development and behavior management skills.

Starting in FALL 2022, our new location will be in the Renton United Methodist Church at 2201 NE 4th St, Renton, WA 98056.
